START AT THE PICTURE OF THE TRUMP TOWER (go backwards)!
And by this point, after the hour long walk to get there, I had finally honed my photography skills...and then the camera died. But notice the few people that noticed they were in a photo...forever. Online. Ina photo-blog. For everyone to see. If they so chose. All in all, i find this particular picture creepy. It's an odd place and experience. It's cool and you see awesome art. But the day I chose to attend was "recommended admission price day." So everyone and their step-sister was in a line that wrapped around the corner and happened to smell like they hadn't showered since before they got onto the plane over here. I couldn't help it...it's right next door to Trump's Tower. Oddly enough, I do some of my grocery shopping here...at Whole Foods. It's all clean and shiny...packed, but cleanliness in a grocery store is a rare find in the Big Apple. The Whole Foods takes up the basement while stores like Boss Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, and others make up the main level; there's a JCrew, Sisley, and a Borders on the Second floor whereas the third floor houses five-star restaurants. Friends fans should recognize this as Chandler's office building. I told Elise I saw this early on. I guess I was bound to. FYI, it's located behind the Plaza Hotel and is what I think to be one of the coolest buildings in the city. It's impressive, yes. People actually live there. This is his only owning in which he hired a feng-shui expert to help design it. She had him move the entrance facing the globe to facing Central Park, which is right of the globe. It has three lobbies. I see this almost daily upon my exit of the 59th St./Columbus Circle Station.
